Your guests watch their pizzas made to order in a real wood-fired oven. It photographs beautifully, it smells incredible, and it keeps the line moving. Every buffet is a selection of 4 wood-fired pizzas — 1 cheese, 1 single topping, 2 specialty — with at least 3 Chubby's staff cooking, prepping, and serving.

The four pizzas plus Cheeseybread or breadsticks. Kids 9 & under $12.

Adds your choice of pasta or micro green salads. Requires 2 wood fired ovens. Kids 9 & under $14.

Pizza into the Night

For parties starting after 9 PM: 1 cheese, 1 pepperoni, 1 single topping, 1 specialty.

Add drinks: $6/guest

Non-alcoholic beverage package — Coke products, tea, lemonade, water, plastic cups, and ice.

Private tasting: $150 for 4 guests — 6 pizzas (12″), both breads, both pastas, and Coke products. Book right after and the tasting is fully credited.

To lock your date: 20% non-refundable deposit with your signed proposal. Balance, final headcount, and menu selections are due 14 days before the event.

Event minimums: Mon–Thu $750 · Fri $1,250 · Sat $2,000 · Sun $1,500. Extra setup fees beyond 20 miles from North Vernon.

Good to know: buffet specialties exclude Da Big Chub and the Carnivore — upgrade either in for $2/person. Vendor meals are 10% off when your photographer, DJ, and crew are on the guest list. Plates, cutlery, and up to 3 buffet tables with tablecloths are included.

Rustic Cuisine — From the Oven, In Cast Iron

Meals cooked in the woodfired oven in cast iron skillets and Dutch ovens, priced by the tray for groups (servings as listed) — or delivered as individual meals per person.

Italian-American Pastas

Hot and cold pasta trays serve 6–8. Individual hot pasta meals come with 2 breadsticks, and every pasta pairs with breadsticks or Cheeseybread.

Full-Service Catering

Want us to run the whole show? Full service adds setup, cleaning tables, bartending, and breakdown of the event. Staff run $35–$50 an hour (3–6 employees, 5-hour minimum each, depending on venue). Beverage coolers rent at $250 a cooler with ice; trash cans at $10 a can plus $10 a bag (minimum $100 for trash removal). You provide the alcohol — Chubby's doesn't hold an ABC license, so clients file for a specialty banquet license through the ABC.
